This effort has been led mostly by founders and we need to create a dedicated focus on new business and investor relations to grow and diversify the investor base in new markets, develop new strategies, and help make Colonies the 1 player for residential capitalmarkets.
You will be responsible of:
- Build and orchestrate new development strategies (products/assets/impact..

.) to enhance Colonies' offering to investors from ideation phasis, BP, POC, and partnership to early execution of deals.
- Consolidate and animate a network of investor clients to grow Colonies' pipeline and capital committed.
